This Staub cast iron round cocotte is designed for slow-cooking meats and vegetables, simmering stews, and preparing soups. Its tight-fitting, self-basting lid has interior spikes that return condensed liquid to food.
The cocotte has a matte black enamel interior for browning and braising, plus a smooth enamel bottom for use on multiple stovetop types.
